Training will be a combination of hands on activities and presentations from experienced Lean practitioners. Our facilitators personalize discussions and exercises to reflect the key processes of the organization versus concept and theory. They hold Green Belt, Black Belt and ASQ certification, and they are the recipients of prestigious awards like the Baldridge award. All of our facilitators have a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma consulting and we would be happy to share our success stories with you in person or provide references upon request.
At the end of this series, employees will begin looking at their workplace very differently. They will identify processes that do not add value and understand how waste impacts the entire system. They will go back to their workplaces with tools to immediately transform their environment to improve quality, work in process, lead-time, space utilization, and performance.
