Mary and Jerry White

Mary White

jerry-trainer Before becoming a trainer and consultant, White worked in the Financial sector as a trainer and manager for large banks and financial institutions. She has been a consultant for more almost 20 years, specializing in the development of people skills for executives, Call Centers and front-line employees.  Popular training topics include telephone skills, teamwork and collaboration, collection technique, process improvement and project management.

She has a degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and a graduate of Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Banking.  She is a member of ASTD, the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of the Cedar Hill ISD Education Foundation.

Jerry White

jerry-trainerJerry is a partner in White Training and Consulting. He began his career with Owens-Corning Fiberglas as a Process Engineer at their Technical Center in Granville, Ohio.  During his time there, he was primarily responsible for converting all fiberglass production from electro-mechanical control to the latest in microprocessor integrated process control.  After acquiring his MBA, he joined a division of Babcock & Wilcox, initially as Manager of Business Planning where new markets and products were identified and developed.  He then became Home Office Sales Manager where he led a staff that provided support to the dispersed field sales organization and administered large construction contracts.  Later he became the Automotive Product Manager for the Magnetics Division of the Allen-Bradley Company in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  By education, Jerry has two bachelor degrees, one in Electrical Engineering and the second in Business Administration.  He also has an MBA with a concentration in Finance.Jerry has partnered with PPS on several projects and together, including offering PPS clients an engaging, interactive Introduction to Lean Manufacturing training class.  Call PPS now to receive an outline of our four part course.

White brings more than 30 years experience in a wide variety of industries to his role as trainer with Peak Performance Solutions.  During his career, he has served as a process engineer, business planning manager, sales manager, product manager, marketing manager and V.P. of Sales and Marketing.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, another in Business Administration/Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
